Personalized Nutrition Consulting - Initial Consult - $225

This is a 45-minute visit where Dr. Orlowski will discuss your unique nutritional needs, based on your lifestyle, preferences, your genomic profile (if available). address any symptoms. This also includes 30 - 45 minutes of research time to develop a unique food plan focused on you.

As part of this visit, Dr. Orlowski will set up a 20-minute follow-up consult to go over her recommendations which she will send 2-3 days after the visit to allow time for research and personalization.

What to expect in this visit

  • Dr Orlowski will review your initial paper and any labs

  • You will fill out a 3-day diet dairy using my fitness pal, to give an accurate view of your current diet and macro-nutrient balance

  • discuss your goals for your nutrition plan

  • discuss specific preferences, right down to foods you dislike and foods you would like to remove

  • If you have done Ancestry or 23 & me, Dr. Orlowski will guide you on how to upload to her program to find out what your SNPs are related to a specific type of diet. To learn more about nutrigenomics click here

  • determine your macro (carbs, fat & protein)

  • Provide you with a starting nutrition plan specific to you. See sample food plan here

Personalized Nutrition Consulting - Follow Ups typically once a month at first

  • 30-minutes (Most common) - $90

  • 45 minutes - $125

  • 60 minutes - $145

What to expect during these visit

  • you will send a 3-day diet dairy ahead of time and do a reflection journal

  • go over any lab results requested

  • go over what is working, what is not working, what adjustments need to be made

  • add some additional recipes, supplements, etc (if needed)

  • review symptoms
